A memorable stay with surprises

The hotel’s location was superb—just a short walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. We indulged in an excellent breakfast each morning, which kickstarted our day perfectly.

The open-plan layout of the bathroom was quite shocking for us, lacking privacy. This initial surprise dampened our excitement a bit during our stay.

All fine, but compact room.

Loved the electric kettle and 24-hour reception. Small gym, but didn't use it.

The room setup is cramped with minimal space to navigate!!! The shower design is awkward, leading to potential slips!!! One tiny bottle of water for two adults is definitely insufficient!!! Consider adding a toilet brush for better hygiene!!!

the piazza is fantastic, filled with beautiful surroundings and many nearby entertainment options. staff were exceptional and accommodating, providing airport shuttle assistance without hesitation. the breakfast was delightful, offering a wide array of delicious choices.

tv channels could be improved 😅.

Direct access to restaurants made it easy to explore after a long day. The contemporary open plan room felt fresh and inviting, and the breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of organic products. the internet connection was unreliable, some noise from the nearby square was disruptive, and the room lacked sufficient toiletries for two guests.

The breakfast selections were impressive, and the staff was incredibly attentive, especially with my grandkids around. We also enjoyed the close proximity to Montecasino, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. Our family truly appreciated the clean environment and spacious outdoor seating for meals.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel added more family-friendly amenities.

We loved being so close to everything! Walked right out to the square and the restaurants—no need for cars! The breakfast was on point, and the staff was super nice. The only bummer was the shower gel not being enough, so bring your own. Still worth it for a chill night out!
